ONLINE OBJECTIVE TESTS (On computer, tablet or mobile)

Report Generation

1. Results for objective tests are generated instantly.
2. Teacher would be able to see question wise scoring, number of questions visited, attempted, and time taken by student to answer questions.
3. Teachers can allow the students to view the results and correct solution immediately after the test or publish the results later.
4. In subjective tests, evaluation of four types of questions are done by the system automatically. Evaluation for MCQs, True and False, Match the Following and Assertion Reasoning are done by the system.
5. Evaluation of remaining eight types of questions will be done by teacher through an online system.
6. Different performance analysis reports will be available at student, class, section, grade and school levels.
7. Customised reports suiting specific requirements of a school can be taken up on request.

Technical Requirements

1. Teachers will need a computer or laptop with a good internet connection.
2. Mobile also will work, but it is not recommended as the screen would be too small to select and edit questions and to monitor students.
3. Students would need a computer, laptop, tablet or mobile with a good internet connection. Device with a bigger screen is recommended as the content would scroll with smaller screens.
4. A good internet connection of 3mbps or more is recommended for taking the online test.
5. Student devices would need a camera for proctored tests. For non-proctored tests, it would be optional.
6. Latest versions Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox or Safari would be needed on devices.
7. Students would need to accept the request for using the camera in the devices used.

Offline OMR Mode for large exams

1. Question paper is generated by the system which can be downloaded as a PDF files and printed.
2. Different sets of the question paper can be created with same set of questions or different questions.
3. Standard OMR formats for doing up to 60 questions or up to 180 questions is available which can be printed by school on A5 or A4 sheets.
4. Students take the test in OMR sheets darkening the circles using a black pen. They will mark their role numbers, test code and set number also on OMR sheet.
5. School scans the filled OMR sheets with a multiple paper feeding scanner and an online scanning system.
6. The scanned OMR sheets are processed by the system and data uploaded on server.
7. Reports are generated instantly by the system and can be viewed online or mailed to different stake holders as required.
